    • Private Pay Model: All sessions are handled directly between you and our practice via secure payment portals.

    • Zero Paper Trail for Employers: There is no diagnosis code sent to an insurer, no "fit-for-duty" reports filed without your explicit written consent, and no automatic alerts triggered by missed shifts or counseling visits. You retain 100% of the privacy regarding your care.

  • Healing from complex trauma or burnout is rarely a linear process with a fixed number of visits. We reject rigid "6-week treatment plans" that prioritize insurance billing over clinical need.

    • No Session Caps: Whether you need 4 sessions to stabilize after a critical incident, or 20+ sessions to work through deep-seated patterns, we are here for the duration you need.

    • Flexible Scheduling: We accommodate your shift work without penalty. If you miss an appointment due to an emergency call, we reschedule immediately—no questions asked, no fees charged.

  • While standard HIPAA compliance is the baseline, our commitment goes further. We understand that for some of you, "confidential" isn't enough; it must be absolute.

    • Strict Non-Disclosure Agreements: Our contracts explicitly state we will never discuss your case with supervisors, colleagues, or legal entities unless there is an imminent threat to life (suicide or homicide) as required by law.

    • Secure Digital Infrastructure: All communications are encrypted end-to-end. We do not use standard email for sensitive discussions; our portal ensures your data never leaves a secure environment.
