LGBTQIA+ Affirming Support

Trans Lifeline: Call 1-877-565-8860. (Peer support run by trans people, for trans people).
Veterans & First Responders

Recovering from Religion: The folks at RFR do their best to offer 24/7 chat support via their website.
General Crisis Support: The 988 Lifeline is trained to support individuals experiencing spiritual or religious distress.
What about Pacific Pines Counseling?
We are not a crisis service. Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific. We do not answer calls after hours, on weekends, or during emergencies.
If you are in the middle of a session and feel unsafe: Please contact your support system immediately or call 988.
If you need to schedule an urgent appointment due to a crisis: Once you have stabilized using the resources above, please use our secure portal to book an intake. We will do our best to accommodate urgent needs within our available capacity.
